The dishwasher is quiet. There are options with the upper rack to raise and lower easily. The cutlery top shelf and basket gives you more options. The plate racks some are movable to allow for larger items. Programs are easy to set and time till finish is displayed. Pleased with this purchase.

We were originally going for another make but this SMEG is brilliant. Our dishes have come out sparkling. Love the fact that half the cutlery shelf will slide under the other half if you have bulky things on the shelf/drawer below. Although it came with a cutlery ‘box’ we think the cutlery top shelf is great so haven’t used the box.. Really good short wash, as well as longer washes available. Is a lot quieter than our previous dishwasher. Great service received from AO - thank you!

Purchased this to replace previous old machine. So far the results are great. Dishes are clean and glasses have never been so sparkly.

Really well built product, the door is weighty and it feels like a solid piece. There is plenty of room inside with lots of great storage and I love the modular options so you can change the drawers storage options. It's also very quiet. We bought this as it had the best energy rating and we are very pleased overall. I haven't found any issues with this product.

We said goodbye to our Miele and hello to the SMEG. We love the cutlery drawer and the fact the top deck cut slip out of the way. The ability to alter the height of the middle section is good too. The instruction manual is leaving us standing however, but we’ll keep at it! AO.Com were fine - because I am recovering from an arm operation meant we took the removal and new installation package which was undertaken efficiently and cleanly. We bought our last dishwasher from ao.com back in 2005, but it was uneconomical to repair.
