    Not worth the money

    Very slow and noisy, print quality not particularly good. Not at all happy with it. Last printer that lasted for years was an Epson and it was much quicker and better print quality.

    Check if you have an old laptop/printer

    Great product, fast to print. Not great if you have an older model laptop (like I do!) I couldn’t download the software so I can now only print from my phone. I’m aware this is my error ?? and I should have checked. I imagine if I didn’t have an ancient laptop the process would be much smoother so ensure you have the correct model before buying. In terms of printing its fast and decent quality.

    Had this printer for a week - it is working very well. Easy to use, set up was a breeze and the manual is very helpful. I switched to Brother after years of frustration with another brand. All-in-all I am happy with the purchase and will highly recommend this product for the home.
