Good product.

Hello All I bought this product and delivery was so quick I have nothing but praise for Ao. However, the reason for the missing star is the inadequate instructions on how to set up the machine, it took me 4 hours of repetitive trying before the set up kicked in. Also, the write-up on the product never once mentioned that the paper tray would be permanently open by default, that the only way to close it is to remove the paper entirely from the tray.

Looks good, without too many ugly wires showing. Size is about right, not too big. Product easy to use after the initial set up. The main issue I have is that it is advertised as being able to print double sided. This is technically true. However, you have to turn the pages over manually, which is a pain. Most people (I think), would have assumed 'double sided' meant it would print automatically, and in this respect the advertising is surely misleading!

Good value printer and swift delivery by ao during lockdown. Does everything it should, but had difficulty setting up wireless printing, so in the end resorted to an old fashion cable. The instructions to set up wireless arnt great, so the printer found the hub, but the PC couldn't find the printer. That said, good value, does what it says on the tin.

Have had a few printers over the years but this Brother one is something else. Quality of printing is amazing and the speed that it prints reminds me of a F1 car

Overall pretty good value printer. One downside is that double-sided printing does not happen automatically - you have to print all the odd pages first, then turn the pages over and feed in again by hand! Takes a bit of getting used to...
