28 months past, I bought a package of Miele kitchen appliances to go with an old yet reliable washing machine; 25 years and still operational. All 3 appliances look modern and well built. My H2265-1B built in electric single oven is reliable and very quiet during operation. However, the KM2032 gas hob had a visible scratch and had to be returned for a replacement. My DAPUR98W chimney hood was missing a non-return flap which resulted in cold backdraught. I had to order the non-return flap directly with Miele, and the finger touch panel required pushing very hard to enable the LED lights, this has now stopped working altogether- unfortunately I'm outside of my 2 years manufactures warranty. My advice to any potential ao.com customers is making sure you inspect all items and operate all functions!

Excellent cooker hood, easy to install, looks good, works good and fairly quiet. I have a growing population of Miele kit, generally costs more but is designed and built to last

What an improvement on our last cooker hood. It's much more modern, much quieter and very well built. The Stainless steel was very nicely protected in blue cellophane and we installed it without a hitch. Instructions were clear and helpful. Very impressed with the service and speed of our order too. it all arrived well packed in 2 days after we paid a very small surcharge.

Beautiful design as you’d expect from Miele but it is a little noisy, even on the minimum setting.
