First the good stuff. The cooker hood is well made, price was reasonable and it has a quality feel when using it. It's fairly easy to install and being NEFF we’re hopeful of many trouble free year’s service. It is reasonably quiet and effectively contains cooking smells. Now the not so good stuff. To use this in a recirculating configuration it wasn’t clear until it was delivered and I read the manual, that you need to buy an additional part (which i couldn’t order from AO and was a special order from the well known river retailer) that costs £250. That’s pretty significant after spending £450 already and had I known I might have looked at alternatives! Also the carbon filters for it are about 80 quid and need replacing every 6-12 months.

Very good, easy to install and looks great

Excellent extractor. This is so quiet compared to our old extractor, I can have this on and hold a normal conversation right next ro it. Nice looking and the touch panel works really well. Would definitely recommend, it's an excellent piece of kit.

Great quality product, the finish is very nice and fairly easy to hook up, had a builder over who helped fit it and do the ducting.

Nice looking hood , would have liked slightly quieter. But on the whole would recommend.
