I was a bit apprehensive as never owned a washer dryer before. Love the fact it is extremely quiet compared to my old one, both on wash cycle and dryer. There are also lots of much faster wash cycles, right down to a 14 minute refresh wash which is brilliant. It does take a while to get used to the dryer and trying different load sizes and drying times, as sometimes it came out damp, but got there in the end and clothes came out fully dry. But it is a bit of trial and error. I would say it is great for smaller loads like pants and socks and few t-shirts but wouldn't cope well with heavier loads like towels or bedding as would take hours. My kids are all grown now so suits me and husband, but not sure I would recommend the dryer for a family where you need to use it a lot more. Haven't used the WiFi phone features, never understood why I would need to operate my washing machine from a phone.

Brilliant washer dryer. Super fast washes and drying time is a lot quicker than expected. Really pleased.

So far so good. Once you work out the settings it is really easy to use. Most importantly it cleans and dries like a dream.

Very happy with my new washer dryer. I'm still finding my way around the different programs to decide which ones for which wash, but overall it's performing really well. It's a lot quieter than my old machine and is easy to understand. I haven't tried the high heat function on the dryer yet, but so far my washing hasn't come out fully dry. I'm certain it's me needing to understand which settings to use though so I'll get there.

New machine delivered last week, washed some towels Sunday, washed well, spun the water out very well. Decided to split the load for drying to see how it gets on. Two hand towels, one tea towel, one flannel, one bathroom cleaning cloth, set it for Cupboard Dry, High Heat. The 'Smart' software decided it would need 3 hours, 40 mins, seemed excessive but on we go. Firstly a lot of condensation running down inside of door, so Condensing system not working then! After the full 3 hr 40 it finishes and I open the door to be met with clouds of steam, cool down doesn't work either then! The towels were as wet as when they went in 3hr 40 earlier. Try again to dry these towels, it wants another 3 hr 40!! Left it to it after a total of 7 hrs 20 mins the few towels were dry enough to leave on the airer overnight, but not Cupboard Dry!! I still had the remaining part of the load to do! This is without doubt the worse dryer I have ever used, and I've had several. Not one part of its system works as intended, if you want a washing machine this is fine, but if you want to be able to dry your towels then I would suggest you look elsewhere, this is a disaster.

I'm using Candy washer dryer the past 20 years. Used low water and electricity. Good washing (and drying) the low temperature any programs.
