Just the right size and not too heavy when full. The variable temperature is exactly what I need for my green tea. The only time I have boiled it to100 degrees and also filled it up to the maximum mark was when cleaning it ready for use - when it seemed to splutter a bit through the spout and take longer to turn off. It has been fine ever since. It is also such a beautiful colour.
