An excellent, quality build machine which produces an equally excellent cup of coffee. I’d say the Black Friday deal is about the right price point but not the RRP. The milk foam and separation is almost perfect and the “one touch for 2 cups” is a brilliant design although I would like to see an LED indicator to show it has been selected. As others have said, the water tank and the drip tray are a little small. The facility to brew a small pot of coffee is useful but the optional Miele pot at almost £200 is massively expensive - I use the Siemens equivalent at £40 along with the Jura milk jug at £20 which are excellent. The cleaning routines are simple to carry out. All in all, with the flexibility to alter the parameters in settings, this is a superb quality choice for barista quality coffee at home and one of the best machines I have used.

Perfect Coffee every time. Super simple to set up and maintain. No more messy grinding and loading up gaskets. Much better than I had hoped for.

This is the second Miele bean to cup machine that we’ve had. It is a replacement of the earlier model (CM6110). It is a little smaller in overall dimensions, however, annoyingly, the water reservoir, coffee chute and drip tray all seem significantly smaller. I have to refill water after a couple of coffees now, the coffee chute no longer holds a whole packet of beans, and the drip try is smaller and needs emptying more frequently and I seem to spill it more now as well. Still makes great coffee, but not sure the smaller size is worth it.
