Exactly what we were looking for. Like the double roller powered head, two batteries ensures we can always finish the job. Charge is very effective too. Could only be better if it had a double charger rather than single.

I was a little uncertain buying outside of dyson for a vacuum cleaner as I have both cats and daughters dropping hair everywhere but I have to say I'm very impressed with this Vax, it picks up hair on both carpet and hard floor without issue and has a surprisingly long run time for a cordless unit. It come with two swappable batteries so one can be charging while the other is in use using the provided charger (no having to charge via the vacuum cleaner), the batteries charge quickly and it's easy to check how much charge you have at any point. The vacuum cleaner itself is as about as heavy as any other cordless I've tried but you really don't notice it when cleaning the the floor, it feels light to use even if sometimes it corners like a brick. A minor feature but probably my favourite is that the main floor head can be run at 90 degrees meaning you don't have to fight with it when you reach the stairs - just flip it up and keep going.

I love it!! My carpets have never looked so good! I have two Irish red setters so my carpet normally looks a red/orange colour but now are cream like they should be? Dog fur is not a problem for this vacuum cleaner xxx
