This is amazingly easy to use, separate dosing tank so you don't end up with a carpet bubble bath, amazing suction, and the dry only button is phenomenal, carpets are dry within 30 minutes. It comes with amazing tools with a long hose, great for stairs, It's so easy to clean . There is nothing I don't like about this carpet cleaner

Had tried my daughters Vax Platinum Smartwash CDCW-SWXS Carpet Cleaner and it was amazing. So had to buy one for ourselves. I cleaned 4 wall to wall carpets with the solution supplied in the box and where there were stubborn stains I used the treatment solution spray bottle which is supplied with the washer and with one spray let it soak in and go over with the platinum washer and the stains were gone. It also comes with a 250ml Platinum Solution to get you started. It certainly deep cleans your carpet and doesn't leave it soaking wet. If you were to put your hand over the carpet once you washed and then dried it you may feel a slight dampness but it doesn't take long to dry then you can hoover it to bring up the pile and you feel the difference in the pile when you walk on the carpet. Easy to disassemble the brushes etc to clean an reassemble. You will not be disappointed with the results this carpet cleaner will give you. Cannot sing it's praises enough.

Have a light grey carpet and it was looking grubby. A few passes with the vax and it was looking like new again.
