The future is induction

I have held back from induction as I had accumulated a whole range of good quality pans that unfortunately could not work on an induction hob.
However I decided to upgrade on the advice of friends in the world of professional catering. So glad I did. This Smeg cooker is awesome. First time cooking steaks turned out the best I've ever had at home. The control you have over temperature is almost immediate. Well worth the investment in new cookware. My previous cooker was a Smeg ceramic and served me well for over 20 years. The build quality of this cooker makes me think I'll have at least 20 years of refining my culinary skills to a professional standard.
