Have only just started using this so I cannot yet comment on the cooking aspect. A couple of things to mention. At the moment I am unable to work out how the clock and date function can be permanently displayed. It goes out when I turn the oven off and when I turn the oven on appears for a short time and then I have to select the cooking method. Also there are two protrusions on the door which I have caught my arm on when cleaning the inside prior to use, so these are a bit of a nuisance. Similar protrusions were definitely not on my previous model.

Most of the functioning is good however we have received several error messages mid-microwave use. Neff aftersales care team were great at sending someone out to check the problems though. I find the door a little stiff and needs a good push at the end to shut properly.

Like the product and its versatility with different settings. Its slow to turn on and the microwave part has a louder fan than I was expecting as my previous model was almost silent. Overall I am enjoying using it and love saving electricity by having a more compact oven to heat
