Replacement for older broken Neff oven. More useful features and intuitive to use. Not used all the features as yet but very satisfied so far. Quality oven from quality manufacturer. A word for ao - good price and excellent service

Absolutely amazing oven, and with the price match and amazing customer service this is the perfect choice for anyone looking for new appliances.

This product was purchased as a replacement for a smaller working hob which was halogen. We needed a bigger hob for a growing family. The hob works fantastically and despite the fact that half of our pots will now not work with the hob as it is induction it has been easy to use and can be connected to a smart app to help control the hob. We are finding using induction cooking an easy transition and I would recommend this product. Be aware aluminium pans will not work.

The new Neff oven replaced the old generation of the same oven and the new one has an improved interface and connects to the Wifi (which is more useful than we first thought)

Good but expensive

The Neff product itself has limitations to the more superior one we had to replace. It is more awkward, and has less facilities therefore more finicky to get the results we used to. The product is also different in presentation as NEFF has changed its product range so does not fit exactly with the suite of products we bought and built into our kitchen setup. However, the AO prices was excellent and the services we purchased were very efficient and delivery was very timely. The engineers were also very courteous. S delight to deal with.
