    Great Oven - Hisense after sales - hit & miss

    Oven is smart and really great to use - Hisense after sales is not so great. I wanted a couple of telescopic rails and a shelf, but customer service and spare parts have not been very helpful

    Overall the oven is great but it’s difficult to find instructions for all the different settings. I do think the steam function is a bit of a fad but it does all things an oven does. I’m not sure if the built in thermometer is accurate as I tried to use an external one and it took much longer to get to the desired temperature

    Very stylish oven. Plenty of settings to chose from including automatic, pre-set and manual. The interface can be a bit fiddly and the grill function isn't the best, but still pleased with my purchase.
