Excelkent product worth every penny and the service from AO is simply exceptional!

The product is very good although I did not realise it was not a U. K plug. I had to purchase one at a cost of £5 ... So please people be aware of this, it should be more clearly stated.

Spontaneous purchase, no regrets! All pieces are easy to use, although some body parts take a little longer to get use to than others. I opted for free delivery, expecting for it to take a week to arrive. It came the next day!! Amazing service :)

I'm so glad I bought this model to replace my Silk-epil 7. The Silk-epil 9 epilator is a great improvement on my old model. The epilator head is wider and more efficient which means I am able to get the job done much faster than before. It also comes with extras such as a shaver head and bikini trimmer which I haven't used yet but will probably come in handy. The first charge takes longer but after that it charges more quickly and the charge lasts a good length of time. It can also be used in the bath or shower which is another useful feature.
