Air fry, bake, roast and more. I love using this oven. I chose the black version and it looks really smart in my kitchen. It has a very good internal capacity 72L which means lots of space for cooking everything I need to. It does exactly what I need and exactly what I expected and even more it has an air fry facility. I have air fried, cooked roasts and cakes with great success. This oven is very easy to use and program, including setting the time, timer, and programs. The temperature is true, whether on convection or fan and most importantly the temperature can be easily viewed on the digital display panel - from start of heating up to reaching required temperature - when it gives a little beep to say it is there - perfect! Even more importantly the oven heats up quickly - so no need to put it on ages before you need to - good energy saver. This is a pyrolytic clean oven, however it is so easy to wipe clean; outside, as the control knobs push in so they are flush, and inside after use - so it may be a while before I need to use the pyrolytic self clean facility. All in all I would recommend this oven to anyone wanting to be in control of what they are cooking. I really do love cooking in my new oven and there is nothing I dislike about it - a great choice.
