This is a bad hairday oven!

Awful oven. First one we had delivered would not power up. Second one started to go wrong in the first few months and the metal (stainless steel?) strip at the bottom started to rust but wasn't covered (as it was cosmetic) by the guarantee. We had 4 faults that we had the engineer out to fix. With all the faults we have had (with these two ovens) i would suggest paying slightly more for a big named item and leaving this thing on its cheap wretched shelf! You have longer warranties too with bigger brands, rather than the 1 year for this rust bucket, that doesn't cook! I would like to say that AO Customer service were very helpful in sorting the problems we had with this brand ;-)

Absolutely rubbish. It was fitted by the engineer who bales it off for 20 minutes. Ever since then it has stank of the same chemical smell. The ceramic lining scuffs where the trays go in. The fan is noisy and sounds like it is going to fail. The actually cooking is very hot and miss with some sides of a pizza cooked more than the other. In summmary it is cheap and rubbish. Stay away and pay a bit more for another brand.

Bought this exact model 8 years ago and for a cheap oven it was great. This new one however isn’t a patch on the old version. Doesn’t get anywhere near as hot and for some reason the fan now cuts out when the oven is up to temp, almost defeats the object of having the fan in the first place. The performance is far too hit and miss for baking cakes or bread and for a decent roast spud I tend to just put it on full whack and keep an eye on it.
