Terrible machine do not buy this I want to return mine. It’s so noisy. You can’t put your clothes on dry it has to do a whole spin cycle first. The beeps are really loud and wakes everyone up. Makes a weird pumping noise every 10 seconds on dry cycle. Once it finally goes on to dry after the spin. Knobs feel really cheap too. Cheap Chinese brand is better. Can’t get through to Hotpoint keep being passed around no one wants to help even though it’s brand new. No one calls me back.

Arrived as promised from AO. Been using it for a week or so and it does a spot on job. Fairly quiet in operation too. 5 star from us.

Now had the appliance 10 days and still unable to operate the drier! Extremely disappointed, wish I’d never bought it.

AO very good delivery. The item is ok. The only downside is the wash cycles are very very long or very short. No inbetween. And the washer dryer cycle doesn’t dry the clothes.

Looks good, good value. Washes and dries well. Working out the program guide not very clear, particularly the program time settings in regard to length of programs. Bought to replace a freestanding machine so appearance fitted better than expected. Like most people not convinced so many programs are necessary or will be used.
