Lovely oven and cooks perfectly. Only minus was not receiving a handle for the grill pan, apparently it didn't come with this model ? Although was pictured in the Manuel.

Well, I was so disappointed when this was installed. Felt mis-sold as actually the air fry mode, pizza mode and probably the bread baking mode (of which there is no mention of bread in the manual) are all just simply turning the oven on. I was expecting a setting on the dial for something other than just using the oven itself with a specific tray as the word “mode” implies something more. Having got over my annoyance at being duped, it actually seems a good oven. Love the black glass, size of oven and actually the way it does cook - although it seems to take a good while (according to a thermometer) to heat up compared to my old oven. Cooks evenly too. Only giving 4 stars because of the misleading sales pitch from Hisense. I did call them and we video called so I could explain - and the lady I spoke with agreed with me … but could do nothing. Cooks pizza just fine by the way - just switching the oven on and using the tray!
