Works well, heats quickly with the right settings applied for different foods and liquids. Thw touch screen is a nightmare, it's a fiddle to select time accurately and the delay on the door release is awful. You can open it manually (although not easily) which helps but it is not the best thought out product design in all honesty. Handy (for us) that it's a plug on device, not so handy to use every day thereafter.
