Our microwave finally gave up the ghost after 15 years and with it being integrated we needed one of a similar size which after a little research we managed to find another Bosch. It is straightforward and easy to use with a variety of settings to get the job done in no time at all. Can’t recommend Bosch enough from the product to their customer service which is second to none.

This is a replacement for previous model that developed a fault after 14 years, so it had done very well. The grey interior paintwork and front placement of the light make the interior dark - the previous model was stainless steel with a back light. The membrane keys on the black background aren't that visible either.

We had an integrated microwave installed with our kitchen 15 years ago and has been excellent - small width but with reasonable capacity. Finding this emergency replacement when it became unsafe and died the week before Christmas was a big relief. I read another review saying that integrated microwave of this dimension (it's the width that's 10mm narrower than most) is "as rare as hen's teeth", so snapped up this Bosch one as a good make and good price. It was tricky finding an integrated microwave of this size, as my Neff microwave failed just before Xmas.. luckily we found this Bosch one and AO saved the day delivering this in time for Xmas. BTW the product works just fine!

Bought to replace identical product that had been repaired twice in its lifetime and could no longer be repaired. Unfortunately new one was slightly deeper so wall had to be chiselled out for it to fit.
