So spacious works really well, not done bluetooth yet but tried a few programmes and they been great. Great upgrade from a bosch washer dryer

Ignore The Bluetooth Connectivity - It's Really That Good!

I'll give it 4.5 stars. I had the predecessor to this that served me well for 10 years until the digital inverter motors packed up.
What I don't like is the digital connectivity. Nothing wrong with it but you'd have to be on the phone to Beko support all the time if you're not into tech. It's Bluetooth rather than Wi-Fi and you'd have to intervene to get it working manually. That's the annoyance but otherwise, it's okay to use without if you ignore this little niggle.
On the plus side, it's quiet. I have to listen to know when the program ends and or what washing cycle it's in.
So, get one or get a proper Wi-Fi IoT connectivity washer dryer.
