Accuracy and reliability concerns

First thing I want to say is AO were very good throughout the process.
The product itself looks very nice and has good storage, however if you are going to buy one I would invest in a couple of fridge/freezer thermometers.
The first one we had the freezer temp was anything from -15 to -32 (set to -18) and the fridge was anything from 0 to 12 degrees (set to 4). Beko quibbled about sending out an engineer but when they couldn't get one to us for over a week they eventually agreed to just exchange it.
The replacement is better (freezer temp anything from -17 to -25, fridge anything from 3 to 7 degrees) albeit a bit noisy at times. It looks nice and does the job but I am not confident about how long it will last. In hindsight I wish I has spent a bit more on a more premium brand.

Appalling didn’t get to temperature three replacements

Appalling. First one didn’t reach temperature in either fridge or freezer. We put a thermometer in and although the outside was set at minus 18 and 4. Inside was minus 23 and 8. The second one (after many phone calls and a wait it eventually arrived as exchange ). This one just stopped working. We are in the third now and today the temperature of the fridge out side should be 2 inside it’s eight I am now having to ring AO again. A full refund is now expected I won’t buy a BEKO again
