Great Fridge Freezer. Delivery was on time and team where really helpful and polite

Premium materials, great clean minimal look with that feeling of wonder everytime you open the door. Exceptional product beating out all competition even at significantly higher price points.

We had this model delivered on Wednesday and think it’s great really nice looking F/F it’s only 4 days in but very happy and the delivery guys were brilliant couldn’t be more helpful.

We purchased this product as we had previously owned one. It has a good energy rating. The design of the product has energy saving features but there seems to be wasted space in the new one. There are a few features in the new one that are missing ie there used to be a draw in the old fridge that was useful and there doesn’t seem to be enough shelves on the door just a big spanse of space. Likewise in the freezer there are less drawers and more shelves, which I do t think is helpful.

We’ve only had this product for a week but so far so good. There was a slightly issue when it arrived as it was making an awful noise. My husband was able to find the cause which was a loose back panel inside the freezer which was rattling when the fan was spinning. He has managed to fix it and the sound is now gone. The fridge and freezer are both really spacious and easily hold a large food shop with ample space leftover. The drinks rack at the top is useful but it does take up quite a lot of space and could probably be raised slightly to allow space for another shelf, but this might be due to circulation. For the price, which is far more reasonable than the more expensive brands, I would recommend this item.
