Purchased a new Kitchen and appliances the AEG wasn’t our first choice but the original freezer wasn’t working so we decided to purchase the AEG. No complaints working perfectly.

We bought this new freezer as a replacement for our kitchen. We picked AEG due to the high quality and the design that suited our needs

There’s bags of space in this unit and we like the style and it’s functionality with the exception of the door opening. It needs a decent pull to open the door.

This freezer is a good product and we''re happy with all of the functionality that it offers, particularly the frost-free operation. However, when it was delivered and installed we found that the evaporator battery is broken - it hangs down from the top of the freezer. We reported this via the AEG support site as soon as it was installed, but have heard nothing in response to our support enquiry. This is disappointing as we were expecting a better level of customer service from AEG.
