The on screen instructions made setting up this laptop very easy & I have now been using it since. This laptop is fast logging in, just right for surfing the internet & looking at my emails. This is the first time I have used Windows 11 so I am still discovering things. Good laptop with great features.

Very Easy to set up and use. Step by step promts guide you through installation which took no more than 30mins to do once charged . I chose the standard delivery option but had to chase.

After speaking with a lovely AO advisor about my wants and needs in a laptop, I got this and it is perfect for what I need, very very easy to set up, which was perfect for me as I'm not computer savvy. I am a returning customer of AO not just for the quality of products but a fantastic customer service team, speedy delivery and a great option for insurance if I wanted it.
