Quite expensive, but - being balanced - fairly quiet.
The lid is hard to open when the kettle is hot.
The kettle arrived with a small dent, so some plus and some minus.

I love my kettle I’ve wanted this for years but couldn’t justify the price, I had a different Dualit one for about 10 years and then replaced with a cheaper brand that failed after 3 months. Finally I spent the almost £150 on this one which is still ridiculous money for a kettle but I love the look of it, it works as it should, and it feels well made
