Lightweight and easy to use. Shame the sample product bottle is only that of a sample / would think a full size or two small bottles would be included. Also found cannot buy the specific sample provided on BISSELL’s own website or another retailer (has oxy clean in) can only find standard or pet version - would not put me off buying just if you’re looking to be able to get the OxyClean shampoo it might be difficult. Has successfully mopped up coffee and stains from fruit pouches when my toddler has managed to run free in the living room. Suction on dry mode very strong and carpet was dry in no time. The only thing that is a let down for me is that you cannot store the different tool heads on board and no storage bag for them either.
