I would give this a five star rating because it is very easy to use and works well. Quick to start up and easy to hold in your hand.

I am very happy with this steamer. It warns up quickly, doesn't soak the clothes, east to use. I wish I'd had one when I was working. So often I've washed clothing, particularly trousers just to refresh and get ride of creases when I've only worn them for a few hours. Now I wizz the steamer over, creases disappear, clothing refreshed - job done.
