Small things, but they brought a smile to my face: Made in the UK, tick. Repairable, replaceable parts, tick. Came properly packaged, not in some flimsy bit of brown paper, tick. Makes really good toast, tick. Looks good, tick. Told not to comment on the service, but that was very prompt, tick.

Excellent toaster. We bought it for the ease of usability for our family, my son, has Autism, and many toasters are overbearing with functions. This toaster is simple, great looking, and the toast is perfect. The side panels are changeable, which is a feature we enjoy. 4 stars because long bread doesn't fit.

Good for purpose.

Brushed metal looks great and the slots are nice and wide for thicker slices. Toasts pretty evenly but 5 seems plenty good enough for a good colour.
