Nice sleek design, chrome and copper finish. It does seem faster than other toasters I have had and the fact you can lift to see how it is toasting is great.

OK. So I have only been using it for 3 days. It does not toast bread. It burns it to a crisp. Only on the minimal setting of 1 does it work and produce toast. Anything else and it just burns it to flame. I know it's not right but what can I do?.
