Have had one of these for years. Needed a new one as old one finally broke. Does an excellent job of filtering our hard water. Makes such a difference to hot drinks. Great price at AO too.

At presrent it works as it should hope it will be better than the one replaced, looks good & boils well

Good looking kettle. Boiling water for a cup of tea is very quick. The only downside is the amount of times you need to fill up with water if you need to make more than one cup of tea. My other kettle had a bigger filling capacity. But saying if you're only making one cup of tea you use less energy which is a plus. I would buy again.
