Fabulous machine with good capacity. Neat tidy, and just does what it says on the box. This is the second of these that I have bought and I do not hesitate to recommend it. It minces chiles perfectly, cuts up herbs and, also makes great mayonnaise. I recommend reading the booklet so you get why the lid is the way it is!
