Very nice product just would like the fixing could have been simplified

The microwave is very simple to use and has an easy opening door. It has a 900w setting that heats drinks etc very quickly.

Decent enough microwave but when unpacked and film removed had a crack in the plastic surround, which is annoying us. Should have returned but family get-together meant we were forced to keep. Poor quality control or packaging materials ??

Bought to replace my broken built in microwave and I definitely feel I've upgraded! So easy and intuitive to use that you don't need the manual unless you want to get fancy with the 'favourite' settings etc. It's really sleek with a flat controls plate and touch sensitive controls, including for door opening - so easy to clean and looks incredible. Definitely recommended.

Good quality build. Difficult to see buttons if not installed at eye level as door release is integrated and flat.

I had searched the site to replace my microwave and thought I’d found it, a Bosch but in the end it wouldn’t have fit in the housing so was limited to either a AEG or a Zanussi. Chose the Zanussi being the same dimensions and from ordering to delivery it was in situ the following day. Excellent service and impressed with the quietness and touch opening. Also thought it was good value for money and looks good too. As they say it’s the appliance of science. Highly recommended.

The size is perfect. Fits perfectly into the cavity. Take some time to set the clock but no problem at all just be patient. The power is not as strong as my old one.
