Had the machine for a couple of weeks now, it is very easy to use with various settings to choose from. So far good performance on the washing. It is a reasonably quiet machine. Have yet to try the dryer.

Instructions for use are very clear, and easy to understand. Machine is quiet and washes the clothes well.

Very pleased with my purchase - works perfectly in an open plan space as it barely makes any noise! Smooth button controls and dials, great quality for the price.

The settings are overly complex, the buttons are cheap and don’t work every time, drying cycles are less efficient than my old machine. Disappointing.

Having only had this washing machine for just over a week we are still learning to use all the different features. You definitely need to spend some time looking at the manual to get the best out of it. Having said this everything we have wanted washed and/or dried has emerged from the machine as expected, with the exception of some sheets which were possibly to heavy to dry? Our old machine didn't have the sophistication of this one, so we just entered a drying time and hoped for the best. I think this machine will turn out to be a massive improvement on the old one, and I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the slightly steep learning curve! Only downside so far is that although the spin is relatively quiet I would say the dryer function is actually noisier than most, but not enough to constitute a real problem.

There's nothing worse than an old machine finally giving up the ghost but how glad we are to have replaced it with this Zanussi washer-dryer; quiet, efficient and easy to use. Took little time to plumb in and soon had the backlog of washing done.

No problems so far, quiet and efficient, such an improvement on my old machine.
