Loving my new machine. I’m finding it very quiet and dryer is great to have 3 different settings. Would recommend.

So pleased to have an efficient washer/dryer, very quiet,and we were extremely pleased with the 2 delivery people that installed the machine. After winters of drying clothes on radiator sand having them hang about for ages, we are really pleased with the new machine.

...But have to say that this washing machine and the service from AO has been fantastic. The first integrated machine I ordered was too deep (due to the brackets) and the service engineer helped me choose and replace my order for a machine that would fit whilst he was here. The second machine was promptly delivered and is a perfect fit and. The service engineers installed it super quick and with no fuss. The Zanussi is so quiet compared to my old AEG that it's barely audible if there is some background noise, even on the spin cycle. The instructions were clear and there is a shorter wash cycle if needed. I'm a very happy customer.

Excellent washer dryer. Quiet and efficient. Does take a bit of getting used to never having one before.

The washing machine is straightforward to use and has a good range of settings and features including the option to delay the start of a cycle for up to 24 hours which is very useful. There's also a quick 1 hour cycle for small loads and it's possible to set the water temperature for different wash cycles which has also been very helpful. The machine is incredibly quiet even when on maximum spin.

Early impressions after a handful of washes and dries are largely positive. Many options for types of load and length of wash/dry. Only slight hesitation would be the drying seems to take slightly longer than my old machine but perhaps I’ve not yet got to grips with the various options. A quiet machine.

My wife uses this daily. It is so quiet you would hardly believe it was on. The instruction for use are very clear and the range of wash & drying programs is superb. In particular, the ability to adjust the wash time using "Flextime" and Change the temperature using the "Temp" button are very welcome features and contribute towards having a Greener Environment by reducing our Carbon Footprint. I like the Auto Adjust System Load Detection which can also reduce the energy usage but also warn of an overloaded appliance. The drying is superb and does what it says "On the Tin." My wife has been unable to find fault with design or functionality of this appliance thus far, unlike our Old Noisy Appliance which was very temperamental. My ears are in recovery Mode!

I was pleased w/ so when placing the order. I was happy that they could deliver new machine and install as well as remove and dispose of old machine. The only snag was in installation when a screw went inside machine and I had to wait for replacement. But on the whole company dealt with matter well. I also like their tracking service so you know when they are arriving.
