Lovely machine, smooth delivery.

Silent and efficient!

I am very happy with my purchase. I had not heard good things generally about the dryers on washer/dryers, but this dries brilliantly. It is also very quiet. This came up with good reviews and it definitely deserves the 5 star rating!

Unfortunately this machine only has one function at 10.5kg and one on 10kg loads, both cycles take almost 4 hours (Cotton and 40-60 Eco wash)! There isn’t a single quick wash option for a full machine load!!! All other wash programmes are between 2-5kg only, so not suitable for a larger family who mainly want to use the wash function. Sadly this meant that after just one week I’m paying extra to change my machine again, as I need at least one quick wash programme with a full load. (Bosch’s 15mins quick wash only takes 2kg!!). Not at all what I was hoping for! I’m just grateful to AO for giving me options for an exchange otherwise I would have been stuck with 4 hour washes for the next 5 years!!!

A relatively quiet machine with a lot of cycle options. Great that you can also pause the cycle at any point and change it.

Great delivery, really good machine washes well and does what it says on the tin.

After a week, the machine seems well made and washes well. I'm comparing it with our previous 12 yr old LG machine and 2 things aren't as good. 1. The water drainage at the bottom is not as good. After using the rubber pipe to drain, there is a lot of water left when the main 'stopper' is unscrewed. I used to drain the LG once a week, but this means I won't do the Bosch as often. 2. The control panel isn't as flexible - no Favourite button, and I can't set my own dry time length within a program.
