Stopped working after 11 days

The cooker was great at first but after just 11 days the top oven has stopped working. Really disappointed as I was told Neff are a good brand.

Great oven, sturdy, long lasting and very high quality. Have used it in 3 of the family homes for over 15 years and it's given us no problems. Well worth every penny
