Our old Neff integrated oven gave up the ghost after 15 years. It was brilliant - but sadly the oven door didn’t close properly and after buying spare parts to no avail a new oven was decided on. Once fitted the new oven looked amazing and has so many more features than our old one. It was exactly the same size - so was no problem to get installed, It’s been fitted for about a week and so far it’s much better than the original one. It heats up in a few minutes and has a few different cleaning settings. My old oven was also a circotherm oven - but this one cooks in a fraction of the time. I bought a whole chicken which was supposed to take 90 minutes to cook - but was done in only 40 minutes. You also have an extra grill in the main oven , which can cook and grill at the same time - crisping up roasts and cooking from within too. Great for topped dishes with cheese or potato. It has a pizza setting that cooks from underneath so you get a crisp crust and loads more features. I have 2 negatives though - the first being the digital clock isn’t as bright as my old one - so can be difficult to read on a bright day , and secondly , the timer alarm is very quiet compared to my old oven. Apart from that I am very happy with the oven and wouldn’t go back to my old one. I would definitely recommend buying this.

Purchased Neff oven Oct last year which developed fault. Engineers duly sent but after 3 visits no resolution. AO have now replaced with new one, yes during lockdown restrictions, all now appears good. Very good service, very much appreciated under current restrictions. Thank you

We had a Neff oven before, it lasted nineteen years and would have gone on longer bar my clumsiness. With the array of possible choices it was easier just to focus on a similar replacement from Neff, to the one we had before. This is about as close as one can get with distinct echoes of its distant, now defunct relative, although with modern touches and a more modern and stylish look, overall very clean lines. Now installed, we like it, it does not seem to dominate the space and we love the bright interior lighting and those switches that can be pushed back out of the way when the oven is not in use (something else to go wrong?!). Setting the clock and timing is simpler and the oven seems to run hotter, doubtless reflecting better insulation, it's probably running at the correct temperatures and it is we who need to adjust. Already the results have been great, particularly with baking, roasting and grilling, it seems to cooperate with you rather than fighting you and has a look of self satisfaction when successful results are produced. It is quite predictable and seems like an old friend. Overall a great choice combining good features, ease of use and value for money, we are glad we did the deed and recommend this appliance to all.

Love my new oven. Tried out my new oven this weekend and loved the roast potatoes. Only thing I would like it a louder timer bell. Not sure I am going to hear this one from anywhere in the house, which I was able to do with my last oven.

After much research I settled on this Neff oven. It does everything you need an oven to do, without any additional gimmicks. It’s quiet when the fan is running and heats-up quickly and evenly; what more do we need from an oven? The self cleaning system seems to work ok, although we’ve only had it for 2 weeks so time will tell. It looks smart and well designed. The only negative point I’d mention is that the control knobs could be better quality. They seem to be a little below the quality of the rest of the oven. Overall, I’d recommend this oven.

Overall the oven seems good! My only quibbles are with the light being on the ceiling or the oven - put a tray on the top shelf and it blocks any light to the lower shelves and the high cost of Neff accessories.

This is my 2nd neff oven not impressed with the cooking instructions compared to my previous oven .the internal oven doesn’t allow the telescopic bars to be transferred to the top oven my old one did . Still like the oven and I am trying to mix the cooking instructions a bit of trial and error
