Lovely looking Oven. Not as big as I thought it would be. Haven't had a chance to test it out yet but it has good reviews and Which give Neff a good review so that's why I chose it.

Great product but they have penny pinched by not shipping it with a new grille tray so the customer either has to buy a new one or use their old one, which takes the shine off somewhat.

Very nice oven. Lots of different heating modes and quality construction but... No easily removal grillpan with handles available in accessories. Still can't get the timer to set duration and end time and the manual doesn't help The alarm is not loud enough to be heard in the next room. Overall very nice.

Overall the product is good. The cooking of food is improved over my last oven which I didn't think would be possible. One downside is the shelves are quite close together and can only be removed not adjusted.

The quality of the build of this oven is good and the the stainless steel shelves are robust, furthermore the appearance is very pleasing. The oven comes up to temperature quickly, but cooling off takes rather a long time. Although we have only recently made the purchase we are confident that the oven will be straight forward to keep clean.

I've only had this fitted into my new kitchen but it looks really stylish. The top oven is a bit smaller than my last Neff oven but I can live with that. I've only used the basic settings up to now (I think I will have to sit down and study the instruction manual to figure out how to use the other features but to be fair that is always the case with new appliances). If this oven is anywhere near as good as my last one, I will have no complaints.

Simplicity itself to install and was a slide-in replacement for the old Hotpoint double oven. Very elegant in appearance and the ergonomic knobs toggle recess positively. Unexpected features were the grill element in the main oven (handy for crackling!), the various fan setting modes (main oven only) and the ease of setting cooking time and finish times on the timed settings. The countdown timer alarm sound is unfortunately very quiet and inaudible in the next room, so you will need a separate timer. The ovens are very quiet generally in operation. The cooling fans run until both compartments are <100degC and don't rely on the bottom oven being on to warm plates in the top oven - it's too well insulated. Use 50degC setting in top oven. The roller sliding guides for roasts are a nice touch and safety feature but an extra set for the top oven wouldn't come amiss, as would an extra roasting tray and grid to act as a grill pan. Keep your old grill pan. So 4* not 5* due to quiet timer and lack of grill pan.
