The ovens and controls are straightforward to use, and in the week, so far, have delivered the services we want.

Great oven. Still learning best way to use it but overall it cooks well. Looks nice. Good quality. And oven Temperature seems to be right. Good sized compartments. Be aware that you do get a blast of hot air when you open the main compartment. Not a problem as long as you are expecting it. Some report the fan is quite noisy or that it runs on - its quieter and shorter than my last oven! For those that read the manual properly they will find the the fan run on time can be altered. There are a lot of comments about the timer - it is fairly quiet but not too bad. I think the 2 main problems are the beep used - single rather than multiple which would sendake it stand out more, and it doesn't keep going long enough if you have been out of the room. The big gripe is the "universal tray" - most people still want a grill rack. They don't want to combine the tray and shelf as it suggests. Unfortunately there is no specific rack, or trivet, for this oven. One rack does however just fit and is only £11 - NEFF need to either supply it, or list it as suitable. It works quite well so not sure why they don't. (Many reports of it rusting over a year or 2 as it is only chrome but at £11 it's bearable.) Overall great choice. We'll worth it.

Early days yet (1 week), but seems to be worth the money compared to others I have looked at. Cooks very evenly and efficiently. So far very pleased.

High quality as expected from NEFF. Timer alarm is too quiet and the knobs are not the same quality as the rest of the oven. I'm not convinced they will last. Ovens are great with many different modes. I would have really liked some hideaway doors.

The Ovens are all I expected and hoped for in terms of functionality and build quality. I have just purchased this oven and have not had the time to comment on the ovens cooking performance so this report is all about the installation. The tech description in pre sales information was accurate and enabled me to prepare the installation site to precise measurements to fit the oven. I am a DIY installer and found that the information on the electrical installation needs to be enhanced as follows. 1) The pre sales info did not say that their was no cable provided. 2)The instructions that came with the oven did not advise on the electrical installation at all. At the very least it should say what cable needs to be used to meet current UK safety regulations. Setting up the clock time of day instruction is not clear and specifically if you want to correct your setting the oven needs to be switched off from the mains supply and on again in order to put in a different time. This is not user friendly. The clock needs a reset button and the instructions clarified. What I did like and have not seen on any other product is the provision of strong handles on each side of the oven to assist the lifting of the oven into the kitchen aperture.
