Ordering the Double oven was made so easy by AO. The description on the Neff Double oven was perfect. When it arrived it was installed easily by an engineer that was polite and professional. The oven is unbelievable. Step by step instructions easily understood and very clear. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

After 30 + years of cooking with Neff I moved into a house without one. I hated it! This new model is more refined and with more variations of cooking scenarios. Excellent and AO delivery quick and communication excellent re delivery.

Great oven, large main oven that heats up quickly and has cleaning option that is really useful. Telescopic shelf is a great idea. Overall very pleased the only Small niggle is the grill pan didn’t come with an insert. Fantastic service and instalation by AO

Having had an AEG oven previously for 12 years, we needed to buy another when a part went and we found out it was discontinued. The NEFF is fantastic, every bit as good and even better than we expected. Having used AO previously to buy fridges and fridge freezers as well as a dishwasher, I would always buy from them. The service is quick, easy and very prompt and reliable. You are kept informed at all times of the purchase and delivery process through their great app/e-mail link and customer delivery support. I would have no hesitation in suggesting people go with AO every time.

Slip straight in and looks really good, having a new kitchen after Christmas but the other Neff I had for thirty years gave up so had to replace before Christmas Hope this one lasts as long!.

This was a replacement for a previous Neff double oven that had worked well for 17 years. The new model has all the old features plus some useful new ones. It has now been in use for two weeks and has been easy to use including the baking of three Christmas Cakes.

Excellent double oven. Looks a quality product and enhances the appearance of the kitchen. Very pleased with cooking results and times which are an improvement over the old Bosch/Neff oven which lasted thirteen years. Only issue was an oven light bulb failure on the first day which must have been a faulty bulb. Neff ordered a new one free of charge. Installation is straightforward.

I purchased a Neff double oven as I was very happy with my previous Neff double oven, which lasted more than 15 years. I have down graded ease of cleaning, due to the fact that the door cannot be removed to wipe the inside of the oven. On my previous Neff, the doors could be removed by lifting some clips and lifting the door out, which made cleaning very easy and meant I didn’t need to lean over the door to get inside the oven. Not sure why Neff changed this, but in my opinion, not a good amendment to the design. That said however, Neff do make the best ovens!
