We like the oven however the video on the AOL website shows the control buttons illuminated which apparently is not the case .also the lights inside the oven stay on whilst cooking which means a waste of electricity.

Simplicity itself to install and was a slide-in replacement for the old Hotpoint double oven. Very elegant in appearance and the ergonomic knobs toggle recess positively. Unexpected features were the grill element in the main oven (handy for crackling!), the various fan setting modes (main oven only) and the ease of setting cooking time and finish times on the timed settings. The countdown timer alarm sound is unfortunately very quiet and inaudible in the next room, so you will need a separate timer. The ovens are very quiet generally in operation. The cooling fans run until both compartments are <100degC and don't rely on the bottom oven being on to warm plates in the top oven - it's too well insulated. Use 50degC setting in top oven. The roller sliding guides for roasts are a nice touch and safety feature but an extra set for the top oven wouldn't come amiss, as would an extra roasting tray and grid to act as a grill pan. Keep your old grill pan. So 4* not 5* due to quiet timer and lack of grill pan.

Good looking and efficient. This was to replace my original Neff double oven which was nearly twenty years old. Sadly, makes my other Neff appliances look a little outdated. Will have to think about replacing them!

Looks great is the main positive so far. There are so many different settings for cooking that I don’t think I’ll ever use them all, probably just over complicated. A watch out is the little puddle of condensation that appears by the front in a channel after cooking, I’ve cleaned it every time but I think it could spill down the cabinets below if not cleared regularly. Overall very pleased

I am still learning to use this but it seems excellent. Good lining and self cleaning which is great as that is my most hated job

We have had Neff kitchen appliances for a while now and this one doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of room in the main oven and some great accessories available for the oven. Also the oven has a self clean facility to keep it looking good.

Nice looking oven very smart. But sadly this model doesn’t match up to the old one in two respects. Very difficult to see controls on black background especially the oven temperature which on the old model you could see at a glance. The second thing is the design of the oven shelves does not allow you to put protectors on to stop you burning yourself. Otherwise working well and smart to look at.

Love the pop out controls as easy to clean. Also really like the pull out shelf at the bottom of the oven. Timer is easy to operate, oven heats up very quickly, with lots of options to choose from. Finally although it looks sleek and modern it is of a very sturdy design and is obviously a quality product.
