Excellent double oven. Looks a quality product and enhances the appearance of the kitchen. Very pleased with cooking results and times which are an improvement over the old Bosch/Neff oven which lasted thirteen years. Only issue was an oven light bulb failure on the first day which must have been a faulty bulb. Neff ordered a new one free of charge. Installation is straightforward.

Overall please with the oven. Looks good. Heats up quickly and is consistent. Is very quiet although as other people have mentioned the alarm on the timer is really quiet, you can only hear it if you are in the kitchen! The overall capacity inside the main oven is much smaller than my old oven but I believe this is usual now due to energy ratings, just makes our Sunday roast a bit of a juggling match. Haven't tried the cleaning functions yet as I only had it a week. Other functions work well especially the pizza setting.

I researched a new oven for quite a while and from this decided to invest in a Neff. I have only just begun to use this on a daily basis but I am so pleased with it. The first sponge cake I baked was brilliant. It was quick and so evenly baked. The best I've ever done. My old oven was so slow that often the cakes were dry because of the time it took to cook them. The controls take a while to get used to because of all the different modes of cooking you have but with a little bit of reading the instructions and following them I am becoming used to them. Totally bowled over my by improved cooking/baking skills!

This is a good all round double oven though I would have expected a little more quality from NEFF. It's well built and cooks well, which is the most important thing. The chrome and glass on the front seem to attract finger prints so we are constantly having to clean it. It is not intuitive to use so there is a lot of referencing the manual required at first. And cleaning is not great - particularly where bread crumbs and grease tend to gather in the lip behind the door when open. We love the sliding shelf and which there were more of these (they can be purchased separately). We bought silicon protectors for the other shelves to stop us getting burned. And we also put a silicon mat on the bottom of both ovens to stop us having to clean too often. The top oven feels very small. It is great that it has the fan in both ovens but we have found ourselves using the large oven more - even if just to have the items we are cooking further from the grill because the top oven is very shallow. All told, we are happy with this unit but not ecstatic.

I had previously owned a Neff Double Oven and was sad to part with it after it had produced excellent results whether be it a roast, casserole, or Victoria sponge and multiple batches of Christmas cake for 16 years. However, nothing lasts for ever and I decided to purchase the NEFF N50 U1ACE5HN0B Double Oven. My main complaint is that the controls and functions are not 'back lit'. 'So what?' some may say, but it is a very important function and I believe Neff have missed out on a vital part of the kit for users, especially those who are either short sighted or elderly like myself!

Excellent product. Impressed with the slide out shelf runners, and the self cleaning function is a fantastic innovation. Cooking with Neff is an absolute pleasure.

This was a replacement for a previous Neff double oven that had worked well for 17 years. The new model has all the old features plus some useful new ones. It has now been in use for two weeks and has been easy to use including the baking of three Christmas Cakes.
