disappointed at the very limited space within both ovens, not suitable for family us. Easy to understand control features.

Neff double oven arrived damaged had to call engineer given an appointment for a weeks time engineer arrived and said they were out of stock of the part and we need to order it from Germany so it would be another week before he could fix it. Oven it self seems fairly average standard cooking facilities. Fan and oven noise go on longer than a previous oven, as others have said timer when sounding is not loud at all, very quiet.

Loved the fact that it slotted into the previous space, not a scratch. Looks sleek. Delighted to be able to see my cooking ( my window had been opaque for years) . Heats up really quickly and cooks well. I like both ovens, grill is great. Only comment is when the fan is heating up it blows cold air into the kitchen and I am constantly passing it.

This is a nice oven. The second Neff oven I have purchased in 14 years . So far it is efficient and easy to operate. The instruction manual is clear and easy to navigate. I am not the most fabulous home cook ( though my husband says I am !) but anything I have made , so far , casseroles, oven cooked veg dishes and pies have come out marvellously . The timer is great and I love to see inside the oven when my dishes are cooking .

looks great but not premium

Easy to understand oven controls, quick to heat up and easy to keep clean. Our last oven lost lots of heat to the top oven - this loses none so is much more economical. The timer delay is a bit of a faff to understand at first (hence the four stars) but I think I’ve got the hang of it now!

Great value, delivery on time.

Neff were highly recommended by various family members and have a good reputation so main decision was which one to go for. Main benefit of the next model up was the catalytic liners and reviews of those were mixed so went for this one - seems a great choice, excellent performance and easy to use. Favourite feature is the rapid pre-heat option which is a great time saver (and beeps when the desired tempertature is reached which is really useful). My main gripe is the lack of a dedicated grill pan (can't even buy one as an official accessory) - you are supposed to combine the unversal pan with a wire rack - which is fine except the wire rack has a crossbar which is really awkward to clean afterwards (and too big to fit in the dishwasher). Other than that I would have no hesitation of giving the full five stars here.
