Oven been installed for about 3 weeks. Has been very noisy since it was installed. Today the bottom oven stopped working. Not what I would expect from an oven at this price.

Purchased the oven and delivered end of January, initially it worked very well. Though after use the cooling fan always ran for at least 30 minutes after use sometimes over 40 minutes which was noisy and frustrating and appears to be common issue.. Within 3 weeks, the fan (separate from cooling fan) within the main oven failed and food took double the required time to cook. Neff arranged engineer, who came out and replaced the failed part. He also adjusted the coo!ing fan setting to shortest time mode. The oven then began working great again. The cooling fan however still stayed on at least 25 minutes after oven switched off. 3 weeks after initial repair, fan in main oven has failed again. This oven is only about 2 months old, not what I wanted or expected from a "premium" brand. Awaiting engineer to come again. This time we will reject repair and have it uplifted. We will not replace with neff as it has less reliability than the oven it replaced in our kitchen.

nice that switches are retractable - shame no grill pan handle and can't get as many shelves in as the old one but still pleased. Suprised at how noisy fan is.

Bought this oven to replace an old one that was left by the previous owner, I had gotten used to the 45 minute heat up times. After unpacking the oven, doing the very simple wiring and fitting it, I took it for a test drive. My word, it heated up to 200 degrees in minutes, I was astounded. Everything about this oven is easy to use, and my girlfriend has fallen in love with the dough proving setting and the telescopic rails which make it really easy to check cakes and roasts. Amazing delivery service too!

Very noisy and fan lasted about a week. Engineer came out with an old fan, second visit he arrived with nothing, third visit he had the wrong part. Replacement oven on its way now. To be installed at my own expense. Reviews on other sites also indicate that the fan is a problem with this oven In hindsight I would choose a different brand altogether.

Really nice oven. Exactly the quality I had expected from this great brand. Really pleased.

This oven looks very smart. Easy to use, and the fast heating facility is really useful. Highly recommended product

Replacement for identical Neff product that has given 15 years good service. Very pleased with the ove, does everything required.
