Oven looks fab, very sleek and modern appliance. Cooking instructions very easy to follow with lots of functions still to try out. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend to others.

Very pleased with my oven cooking quickly and evenly.

The high quality from NEFF was exactly as I anticipated and the controls easy to read helped by the narrow rectangular switches, which you can see immediately the oven settings because of the angle of the switch. There are many settings, but for most everyday cooking just 2 are needed and perhaps 3 if in a hurry the fast preheat then back to the main fan setting and temperature. Your food will cook evenly and at a finely controlled temperature. Recommended

Very versatile, can cook a variety of dishes in one go. The warming feature in the top oven is useful

The cooker looks good and cooks so well. I am enjoying trying out the different functions - best so far is the quick heat up. It certainly makes a difference. Meals so far have been crisper and tastier than from my old oven.

I am very disappointed with my new double oven as it is not reaching correct temperature and food is still hard hours after cooking time. Grill has no handles and is to large to be washed in our dishwasher. Looks great and cost double our last oven, but if it is not cooking, should have kept old one.....

My neff oven was delivered faulty, however the customer service I received from Neff was very disappointing, their staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers that have received a faulty oven, surely as these customers are so rare we should take priority. That is not the case, I reported the fault, then to be told I'd have to wait over a week for an engineer to confirm the fault. Not only that , no time slot could be given, I would have to be on call from 6.30am the day of delivery until 5.00 pm. The engineer would come between 7.00 am to 5.00 pm and that he would ring me half hour before he came. This is totally unacceptable. I've now got a new oven being delivered with same conditions. Disgraceful! AO need to negotiate with neff how they treat their customers when on such rare occasions there is a fault with an appliance.
