The oven is exactly as described, accurate oven temperature, good features especially the shelf system, all round excellent

Just what I wanted. The top oven/grill is great for cooking meals just for 2 people. The main oven is ideal for family meals with a variety of settings to suit requirements.

The oven looks good and cooks exceedingly well. It was brought to replace a Hotpoint oven which never really cooked very well the entire time which we've had it. I have no dislikes with this oven at this present time as it ticks all the boxes. Some times it pays to spend a little extra.

Lovely double ovens. The oven cooks the food more evenly and gently than our previous oven.

We moved house on 15th December on the 17 December I attempted to roast a chicken for Sunday family dinner, I’ve had a Nef double oven in the old house for 20 years no problems , I went to baste the bird after 30 minutes, it was stone cold, no amount of fiddling with knobs brought life to the oven. The guy who came out on the Tuesday to assess the problem condemned the oven because of lack of parts for such an old beast, oh hell what shall I do, Christmas in 5 days. He recommended AO so I phoned expecting to be told no chance after Christmas now old son. Not a bit of it the new beast arrived on Thursday and was fitted and up and running in 20 minutes phew thanks everyone at AO. The oven is superb (well both ovens are) I’m delighted and Christmas went without a hitch, except I couldn’t find half my pans in amongst all the cardboard boxes but that’s other story.

Really good oven - very quick to heat up and cooks all the food evenly.

Loved the fact that it slotted into the previous space, not a scratch. Looks sleek. Delighted to be able to see my cooking ( my window had been opaque for years) . Heats up really quickly and cooks well. I like both ovens, grill is great. Only comment is when the fan is heating up it blows cold air into the kitchen and I am constantly passing it.

Great Quality as I expected from Neff. Our last Neff lasted 12 years so it was obvious to replace with Neff again. Large main oven and with easy to use controls make it a smooth transition! Easy Clean is a great addition too!
