A recent purchase and still getting to grips with the switch from gas to induction. It takes longer to adjust the heat setting (simple dial compared with pressing a few buttons), but it's really easy to clean and has a great timer function. Overall pretty pleased and the product itself if great.

Having had both gas and electric hobs in the past was a bit sceptical about changing to an induction hob. But I need not have worried, it is so easy to use, very controllable nothing boils over and simmering is a breeze. As for AO there is nothing but praise, three very polite guys nothing too much trouble and done with no mess or fuss.

Product is excellent, heats very quickly and efficiently

This hob is extremely easy to use compared to our last one (different manufacturer) and it appears to be very well constructed and more robust too. The controls (and instructions) are clear, and the hob is easy to wipe clean after spillages. All in all very satisfied with the product. A little to early to comment on reliability, but first impressions are very good. I wish I had bought Neff first time around.

This hob looks beautifully sleek. I haven't used an induction hob before and was really impressed with the speed with which it heats up and also how controllable the heat it. I would say that it is comparable with gas hobs in this respect, but SO much cleaner. Easy to clean, spills just wipe away. A microfibre cloth brings it up like new.

Seems great so far but early days still.

Only just purchased the product, so hard to judge performance but build quality and finish first class, look forward to writing another review if the opportunity arises in three months.

Was worried it would be hard to get use to. On the contrary, after 1st time of use , it was as if I had used it for ever. So easy to clean too
