2nd and most certainly not my last purchase from AO customer service is excellent and delivery also excellent product choice fab and very speedy delivery compared prices with various other sellers and AO were the most competative.

Bought the Neff hob to replace an ageing older version of it. Looks great and the controls are much better than the my old one. I went for the silver and it brightens up that part of the kitchen. My previous one was black.i did a lot of research before opting for the Neff and it hasn’t disappointed.

Bought as part of a new kitchen. It is a gorgeous looking hob and the cast iron plates feel solid and reassuring. The safety cut out flame is a great addition. Very happy with our purchase!

Previously had a 590x590 gas hob... this one has fitted in really well and is very useful having the extra gas burner Overall very pleased with the quality and look of the product

What can I say? AO.com has once again surpassed all other retailers. I called to discuss a possible order and was met with the most courteous company representative who had excellent knowledge of the appliances. I was interested in 4 items but could find cheaper elsewhere on 3. Without quibble, the representative checked each claim and agreed to match prices. This resulted in a purchase of 4 items. Delivery was on time on a day of my choice. Bravo AO!!

Looks classy, works brilliantly and very happy with the purchase.

The cast iron supports are very sturdy and pots and pans stay put, with no risk of tipping over. They are easy to clean as I found out when I spilt paint on one when decorating the kitchen walls. The burners are well placed and not too cramped with this design having the wok burner central. The knobs are high contrast black on silver and easy to turn even with greasy fingers. Note that they must be turned from off to maximum i.e. number 9 so that there is maximum gas flow for ignition. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Good looking hob and very easy to light & control heat. No issues to report.
