Good looking hob and very easy to light & control heat. No issues to report.

Bought as part of a new kitchen. It is a gorgeous looking hob and the cast iron plates feel solid and reassuring. The safety cut out flame is a great addition. Very happy with our purchase!

What can I say? AO.com has once again surpassed all other retailers. I called to discuss a possible order and was met with the most courteous company representative who had excellent knowledge of the appliances. I was interested in 4 items but could find cheaper elsewhere on 3. Without quibble, the representative checked each claim and agreed to match prices. This resulted in a purchase of 4 items. Delivery was on time on a day of my choice. Bravo AO!!

Bought this to replace my 12 year old Neff stainless steel 5 burner hob. It was the only one that would fit into the granite work top so had little choice if I wanted a Neff. Chose Neff as all other products are Neff. Sadly this one seems to stain and show more marks more easily and is definitely much thinner and the satinless steel does not feel as thick or solid as the old one . On the positve side there is more control on the burners with more controlled settings. The control knobs click into position for 9 different heat settings. There are 3 pan supports so cleaning them in the sink or dish washer is easier than before as old one only had 2 pan supports. I've only had this new appliance for 2 weeks so early days.

Hob looks fine good size. 4 stars given because the fixings for hob to worktop could be better quality.

Bought the Neff hob to replace an ageing older version of it. Looks great and the controls are much better than the my old one. I went for the silver and it brightens up that part of the kitchen. My previous one was black.i did a lot of research before opting for the Neff and it hasn’t disappointed.

Seems to work fine. If I had small children I would be concerned that the flat front panel creates greater risk of touching the black pan supports that get very hot. our old hob had an angled panel that stopped hands accidentally sliding across.

Excellent value for the money and z very good design
